Boys Basketball
The Beaufort Academy boys basketball teams compete in the Winter Season. The three teams, Varsity, JV and Middle School, consist of male students in grades 6-12, and all practice at BA.
Varsity
The Beaufort Academy Varsity Boys strive to be competitive in all aspects of the game of basketball. High emphasis is placed on expounding the fundamentals. Strong defense & team play are taught from the first practice. Our goal each season is to reach the SCISA AA State Playoffs, a feat we have accomplished the past two seasons. The season generally begins in late October and ends in early March. Off-season practice begins in early June and continues through the middle of July.
Middle School
The middle school team is open to all boys in grades 6-8. It developes the players' skills and prepares them for higher levels of playing.
