About Us
Beaufort Academy is an independent college preparatory school in Beaufort, South Carolina. The school enrolls 375 students in PreK - 12th grades. Beaufort Academy provides a rigorous academic curriculum to prepare students for success at a variety of prestigious colleges and universities. The school strives to provide an environment that stimulates physical health, a spirit of service, respect for diversity, and a healthy psychological and social outlook.
BA has a caring and supportive community that helps students to fully realize their potential. Faculty strive to exercise young people's minds and bodies; nurture their creativity, capacity for compassion, and sense of humor; and help them build an awareness of their responsibilities to their communities and the world.
