The Beaufort Academy football team had its inaugural season in the fall of 2005! The new program was initiated with a B Team made up of students in grade 5, 6 & 7 and a JV Team comprised of students in grades 8, 9, & 10. The team practices at BA. In 2007, the team was faced with it's first varisty level game.

The program was met with a great deal of enthusiasm by the students participating. Their enthusiasm for football and willingness to put forth the effort to have an outstanding football program is providing a sound foundation for a bright future for football at BA.

Equally impressive was the enthusiasm and support of parents, who see football as a wonderful learning experience for their young men, and the support of the faculty and staff at BA.
