Physicals are by appointment only, please schedule an appointment by emailing Neal McCarty stating what day and time (b/w 9:00 - 12:00) on the dates mentioned above.
The total cost is $30.00 (cash only) with $5.00 going to the Blue & White Athletic Booster Club. Parents are free to schedule physicals on their own. You must complete and submit the forms to Neal McCarty.
