BA Strength & Conditioning Program

We are excited to announce the 2016 Summer Strength & Conditioning program with Coach Korey Bromery will start on Monday, June 13th through Tuesday, August 16th.

The workout program will be two (2) days per week for 1 ½ hour per session.  The total cost for the full summer workout program is $120.00. The Strength & Conditioning summer program is for rising 8th – 12th graders (BA students only). 

 

The workout sessions will be a blend of proper technique, mobility, agility/speed drills, flexibility, strength training and conditioning. We encourage and recommend rising 8th – 12th graders participation. The philosophy of the BA Athletic Department’s Strength & Conditioning Program is to provide our student-athletes a safe and encouraging environment in which to prepare for their upcoming athletic seasons. This program is designed to enhance each athlete’s success and, in turn, enhance each team’s success.

This is a great opportunity for our student-athletes to work with a certified strength and conditioning coach who designs training programs to improve performance, confidence and get in physical shape while helping to decrease the risk of injury. 

Make checks payable to Beaufort Academy (For: Strength & Conditioning Program), drop-off payment to Coach McCarty prior to June 13th. If your child is not able to attend the full summer, please contact Neal McCarty to make other arrangements.

 You can still sign-up for the remainder of the summer workouts for ONLY $50.00.
