 Lunchroom: Students in the Pre-K and Kindergarten programs have lunch and snack in the Kindergarten Building. Details will be provided by the classroom teachers. For grades 1-12, the school provides food and beverage sales during lunch periods on a pre-order, pre-paid basis. Menus, which include food from local restaurants and caterers, are emailed to families prior to the order deadline and posted on the school website for convenience. Food and beverages are also available for all Middle and Upper School students at break. Students may bring their own lunches, but may not order deliveries during the day. Lunches are ordered in 2 week cycles. Order forms are due to the Business Office on Wednesday mornings before 9:00 A.M. and the start of the next menu cycle. Payment is due at the time of the order and may be remitted by cash, check, or credit card (information can be kept on file). We can accept orders by hard copy, email, or fax. Lunch orders cannot be charged to student accounts. As a general rule orders cannot be cancelled. The vendors need to have our collective order more than a week ahead to make their plans. Last minute changes may be impossible. If a student will be out for an extended period, please contact us and we will do all possible to cancel any unfilled orders. For additional convenience, students may be issued a Cafeteria Card to use for purchasing snacks and drinks. Charges related to this card are added to the student’s in-house billing account. This Cafeteria Card cannot be used to purchase pre-ordered lunches. Food and beverages must be consumed in the dining area or picnic areas only. No food or beverage is allowed in the classroom or the media center without specific permission. Our vendors: · Gourmet on Wheels: Gourmet on Wheels is a local caterer with whom we have been in contact for more than a year. Tony Makar will deliver the freshly prepared foods to us just before lunch time. He has owned and operated restaurants and brings many years experience to the table. You will notice that each day we serve his food, the menu includes a chef salad. Please be sure to circle a choice of dressings: Ranch, Italian or low fat French. · Upper Crust: Most of us are very familiar with David Blake’s wonderful pizza. He has graciously delivered his goods to BA for several years. Our students always enjoy Pizza Day! On Upper Crust days, we will also offer a side salad from our kitchen. · Chick-Fil-A: We are happy to bring back the wonderful chicken sandwich, and even happier to expand the menu to include other items from their menu. You will find a salad option as well as a fruit and yogurt option. Please select a dressing if you order the salad. · Moe’s Southwest Grill: Moe’s is once again on our menu for this year. We are happy to offer several of their popular items. The entree is served with chips and salsa.

Peking Gourmet:
Another great choice on our school lunch menu is the Chinese cuisine
from Peking Gourmet. This option creates a great variety and the
kids seem to love it! A side salad is also available. We will continue
to offer milk and water. Snack items available will include cheese
sticks, chips, granola bars, cereal bars as well as fresh fruit.
All of these will cost $0.75-$1.00. All items other than pre-paid
entrees can be purchased with the BA Cafeteria Card. |
