AWARE - To be educated and mindful of the value of inclusivity.
AWARE is a group of Beaufort Academy students, teachers, board members, administrators, and parents who came together to promote the value of diversity and inclusivity. This year AWARE students will use discussion groups as a main avenue, and occasionally introduce special guest speakers. One of the chosen goals is to introduce and educate all students at BA about the world around them on a wide variety of topics, including the value of socio-economic, religious, and racial diversity. We understand that each student may view the issues differently, but we hope that every student will end the year more AWARE.
