We are excited to announce upcoming sports physicals to be held on Tuesday, July 10th and Wednesday, July 11th for the following appointment times each day. To sign-up, please reply to Neal McCarty what day and time that works for you. Physical and additional forms that must be completed and submitted to Neal (please complete and sign all forms prior to showing up).

Tuesday, July 10: 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00

Wednesday, July 11: 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00

Where: BA Achievement Center Bulding

Who: Student-Athletes in need of a sports physical for the 2018-19 school year (required for all athletes).

Cost: $30.00 (cash only)
