Supply Lists

The following safety precautions will be in place:

  • School Supplies: Due to COVID-19 precautions, students will not be able to share supplies and books. Please label personal supplies.
  • Face Coverings: All students grades K-12 must bring a face covering with them each day. Coverings should be cleaned daily.
  • Water Bottles: Students should bring their own water bottle each day. Water fountains will be closed.
  • Lockers: Students in grades 2-12 will NOT be using lockers this year. Backpacks will stay with the student at all times.
  • Backpacks: PK-1st grade students should NOT bring a backpack to school. Students in grades 5-12 are encouraged to bring a large backpack to hold all books and belongings.
  • Lunchboxes: Bring an insulated lunch box with ice packs if needed. Vending machines, refrigerator use, and microwaves will NOT be available.
When can my student drop off supplies and textbooks?
For the safety of our students and teachers, parents and visitors are not able to be on campus unless an appointment is made. We will no longer accept walk-in visitors without approval. Supplies and textbook drop-off will vary per grade:

Middle & Upper school students (5-12) will bring textbooks and supplies to their first day of class based on their schedule. Wednesday, 8/12 will be an "A" Day, Thursday, 8/13 will be a "B" Day.  Remember that students will not have lockers this year, so each student will need a large backpack to hold what is needed throughout the day.
Lower school students (K-4) may drop off their supplies on Monday, August 10 from 9am-12 noon via curbside. Please place your child's supplies in a labeled bag and drop-off curbside at the designated grade table. Teachers will be assisting so parents do not have to leave their vehicle.
Preschool students will be able to bring supplies to their classroom during their scheduled meet the teacher appointment. More information will come directly from your preschool teacher.
Textbooks for Lower School students are provided by Beaufort Academy. Students are expected to take care of the books and return them in good condition.

Textbooks for Middle and Upper School students are purchased by the families. We suggest using Amazon to purchase your textbooks. Please refer to the list below for this year's required textbooks:
You must know the classes you are taking prior to ordering. All middle and upper school schedules are online at PraxiSchool if you need to find out your child's schedule. You must be enrolled for the current school year to gain access to PraxiSchool.
**Middle school Math 5, 6, 7 workbooks can be purchased cheaper in bulk, and can ship to BA directly. Instead of ordering through the company, all middle school math students grades 5-7 will need to order Eureka math workbooks ONLINE HERE, and pay $20 per student. This includes the set of books needed for each grade. Books will be given to students the first day of school once paid for. Please note the student's name if you are purchasing for others besides your child.
